【要約】【構成】アルミナなどのセラミックからなる多孔質支持体上に、高シリカゼオライトや疎水化処理したAl2 O3 などからなる疎水性を有する多孔質無機膜と、二酸化炭素や水素など特定のガスと親和性を有するSrやRhなどを含有するAl2 O3 などからなる多孔質無機膜とを積層したものをガス分離体として用いる。【効果】特定ガスのみを水分に影響される事なく濃縮分離することができる。従って本発明は、水分を含む様な混合ガス、排ガス中からのある特定成分の分離に適用した場合に優れた特性を期待することができる。
