Claim (excerpt)：

セメント、粒子径100μm以下のスラグ微粉末及び鉄成分が酸化物換算で15質量%以上且つカルシウム成分と鉄成分の合計含有量が酸化物換算で30質量%以上である溶融スラグ骨材を含有してなるモルタル・コンクリート。
