【要約】 (修正有)【課題】丸剤を製造するために有用な脂溶性薬物を含有した乳化液を提供する。【解決手段】大豆油不けん化物及び/又はγーオリザノール、油及び乳化剤を含有するO/W型乳化液。該乳化液は、通常用いられる方法による製造できる。例えば、大豆油不けん化物、γ-オルザノール、中鎖脂肪酸トルグリセリド、植物油等の油及びレシチン等の油相成分を約80°Cに加温して各成分を溶解し、別にショ糖脂肪酸エステル、水、必要に応じてマクロゴール6000等の水溶性高分子物質の水相成分を約80°Cに加温溶解し、両成分をホモミキサー(商品名)等の高速攪拌機により攪拌しながら乳化を行い、引き続き攪拌しながら室温まで冷却して製造できる。
