埋立て廃棄物を覆土する保護層に勾配を付して、前記保護層の勾配に沿って空隙が大きなマットを敷設して、前記マットよりも空隙が小さく大きな毛管力を備えた排水層を前記マット上に形成することを特徴とする埋立て廃棄物の覆土施工方法。
