【課題】乳癌の診断及び治療法を提供する。【解決手段】蛍光誘導体化-液体クロマトグラフィー-タンデム質量分析法(FD-LC-MS/MS)を用いてプロテオーム解析して同定したヒト乳癌細胞株で発現変動した特定のタンパク質を分子マーカーとして乳癌の診断を行うことを特徴とする乳癌の診断方法、ガレクチン-1とアネキシン-2又はチオドレキシン-1、あるいはアネキシン-2とEF-Tu、あるいはペルオキシレドキシン-1とRanGAP、を分子マーカーとして、及びガレクチン-1及び/又はアネキシン-2とトロポミオシン-1のペアを分子マーカーとして乳癌の診断を行うことを特徴とする乳癌の診断方法。【効果】新しい乳癌の診断及び治療法を提供することができる。【選択図】図1
