【要約】【課題】確変図柄に比べて遊技者の注目度が低く且つ遊技価値の低い通常図柄に対しても確変図柄と同様の頻度で大当りの予測的な報知表示が行われるため、報知の出現頻度が高く射幸性が低下すると共に報知表示に対する期待感が薄れ、ひいては面白みに欠けるという問題を有していた。【解決手段】図柄表示制御の処理プロセスにおけるS5、S11、及びS14の各ステップで、抽出されたWCRND ACTの値に応じてスベリ変動フラグをセットするか否かを決定する。これにより、スベリ変動制御を行って大当りになる場合でのスベリ変動の出現頻度を通常図柄では100回中8回とする一方で、確変図柄では100回中17回として、確変図柄での出現頻度を通常図柄のほぼ2倍に設定する。

表示制御手段の制御に基づいて識別情報を複数の可変表示部にて可変表示する可変表示装置を備え、前記複数の可変表示部に表示される表示結果が予め定めた特定表示結果を導出したときに特定遊技状態を発生し得る弾球遊技機において、前記表示制御手段は、前記可変表示部で前記表示結果を導出する以前に該表示結果を決定する表示結果決定手段と、該表示結果決定手段で決定した表示結果が前記特定表示結果のうち予め定めた特別表示結果となる場合、該特別表示結果を前記可変表示部に導出する以前にその旨を報知表示する報知表示制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする弾球遊技機。
