ニトリル基含有不飽和共重合体ゴム50〜90重量%と、ヨウ素価が80以下のニトリル基含有高飽和共重合体ゴム及びエチレン系高飽和共重合体ゴムから選択される少なくとも1種の高飽和ゴム10〜50重量%からなるゴム成分100重量部に対して、リン酸エステル系可塑剤1〜20重量部を配合してなることを特徴とするゴム組成物
