本発明は、細胞膜透過能はありながらも細胞質に残留するペプチドである細胞質残留性細胞膜透過ペプチド(Cytoplasmic Transduction Peptide、CTP)及びこれの多様な用途に関するものであって、本発明のCTPは、従来のタンパク質透過ドメインであるPTDに比べ、細胞膜透過能が改善またはほぼ同一でありながらも細胞質内に残留する新規な特性を保有しているため、細胞毒性Tリンパ球(CTL)-反応を誘導するに適合しており、細胞質内への効果的な薬物送達システム(DDS)を提供する。
