【課題】本発明の課題は、不要サージによるシステムの寿命劣化を抑えることはもとより、サージによる放射ノイズの低減化がはかれ、経済性、操作性、生産性及び実用性に優れたサージ抑制ユニット品を提供しようとするものである。【解決手段】本発明のサージ抑制ユニット品は、駆動用伝送路のインピーダンスと高インピーダンス負荷ユニットのインピーダンスミスマッチ等によりサージやリンギングが発生する駆動用伝送路に、高インピーダンス負荷ユニット側に、並列にサージ抑制ユニット体を接続し、終端を高インピーダンスにしたサージ抑制ユニット品である。【選択図】図1

駆動用伝送路のインピーダンスと高インピーダンス負荷ユニットのインピーダンスミスマッチによりサージが発生する駆動用伝送路において、高インピーダンス負荷ユニット側に、並列にサージ抑制ユニット体を接続し、終端を高インピーダンスにしたことを特徴とするサージ抑制ユニット品。
