膀胱内に係留される装置であって、経尿道的にあるいは経トロカール的に膀胱内に挿入するに適した直径と可撓性を有し、挿入後には大略膀胱底部の三角領域の少なくとも一辺に匹敵する長さないし差渡し径を有する事を特徴とする、該装置。
