基材の親水性表面上に光重合性感光層、及び保護層をこの順に設けてなる感光性平版印刷版において、該光重合性感光層が、その構成成分を溶剤に溶解、あるいは分散した塗工液を該基材の親水性表面上に塗布後、乾燥処理を施したものであり、該乾燥処理が塗布から残留溶剤が100mg/m2になるまでの時間が5秒以上となるような条件で、5乃至60秒行なうことを特徴とする感光性平版印刷版。
