次の(a)成分〜(c)成分;(a)融点が60〜110°Cの固形油(b)アクリル-シリコーン系グラフト共重合体(c)次の一般式(1)【化1】(但し、式中のR1は炭素原子数1〜10のアルキル基又はフェニル基、R2は炭素原子数1〜10のフッ素置換アルキル基、mは0〜3の整数、nは1〜6の整数であり、(m+n)は3〜6の整数である。)で表わされる環状シリコーンを含有することを特徴とする油性固型仕上げ化粧料。
