基板と、該基板上に形成された第1電極層と、該第1電極層上に形成され有機物よりなる発光層と、該発光層上に形成された透明な第2電極層とよりなり、該第2電極層は透明な導電性金属層と該導電性金属層表面に形成された透明な陽極酸化膜とから構成され、該発光層からの出力光を該第2電極層表面側から取り出すように構成されたことを特徴とする有機EL素子。
