【要約】【目的】 良好な脱脂性を有し、塑性加工や切削・研削加工などの幅広い加工において、後工程の洗浄処理を省略することができ、特にステンレス材,表面処理鋼板及びアルミニウム材の加工用として好適な金属加工油組成物を提供すること。【構成】 (A)90%留出温度が150〜450°Cの基油に対し、組成物全重量に基づき、(B)炭素数6〜30の直鎖状オレフィンを0.05〜99.9重量%、(C)アルコール成分が一価脂肪族アルコールであるカルボン酸エステルを0.01〜20重量%及び(D)リン含有化合物を、リン原子として10〜1000ppmの割合で配合してなる金属加工油組成物である。

(A)90%留出温度が150〜450°Cの基油に対し、組成物全重量に基づき、(B)炭素数6〜30の直鎖状オレフィンを0.05〜99.9重量%、(C)アルコール成分が一価脂肪族アルコールであるカルボン酸エステルを0.01〜20重量%及び(D)リン含有化合物をリン原子として10〜1000ppmの割合で配合してなる金属加工油組成物。
