純水に微量の金属イオンを含有した微量金属イオン水を用いて銀電解法により製造した銀イオン水であって、銀濃度が0.01〜5ppmで、且つ微量の金属イオンを含有し、pH6.5〜7.5であることを特徴とする銀イオン水。
