ロープの一端に吊り下げた散気管と、そのロープの他端に取付けた水中可変ウエイトとを、水面のフロータに設けた滑車に上記のロープを介して、交互に昇り降り可能に配設すると共に、上記水中可変ウエイトの重量変化を遠隔操作による圧縮空気の注排気により行なう水中の散気管遠隔昇降装置。
