同一面上に分光感度の異なる複数種類の受光素子が交互に配置されたカラー画像撮像装置による撮像信号を処理することにより、全受光素子から得られる画像信号と同等の帯域を持つ輝度成分と、該輝度成分より帯域の狭い色度成分とを含むカラー画像信号を生成することを特徴とする撮像信号処理方法。
