主鎖がエチレン鎖であり側鎖の全部又は一部がカルボン酸である樹脂(A)からなるか、又は、前記樹脂(A)及びその他の樹脂(B)からなる防汚性樹脂組成物であって、前記カルボン酸の全部若しくは一部が、下記一般式(1);X-R-D- (1)(式中、Xは、極性基を表す。Rは、疎水性基を表す。Dは、親水性ポリマーを表す。)で表されるペンダント基とアミド結合又はエステル結合をしていることを特徴とする防汚性樹脂組成物。
