【要約】【課題】 残留重合性単量体、揮発性の重合触媒分解生成物等が少なく環境安全性に優れトナーを効率的に製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】 カーボンブラック含有のスチレン-ブチルアクリレート共重合体粒子を真空乾燥機の容器内に入れ、圧力30torr、ジャケット温度50°Cにし、次いで窒素ガスを5l/minで注入し、圧力35torrで真空乾燥し、乾燥を終えた重合体粒子に疎水化処理したシリカ微粒子と有機微粒子とをヘンシェルミキサーに入れ、撹拌して、重合体粒子にシリカ粒子及び有機微粒子を付着させて、トナーを得た。
