(A)平均重合度が200以上のオロガノポリシロキサン;100重量部、(B)水分を除いた揮発分が0.5重量%以下であるカーボンブラック;20〜150重量部、(C)前記(A)及び(B)からなる組成物を硬化させるのに必要な量の硬化剤、及び(D)0〜5重量部の酸化セリウムを含有するシリコーンゴム組成物を成形硬化させてなることを特徴とする耐熱熱伝導性シリコーンゴム成形品。
