結着樹脂、顔料、顔料分散剤、感放射線性化合物および溶剤を含有するカラーフィルター用組成物において、0.1μm以下の粒子が全粒子の80重量%以上で、平均粒子サイズが0.01〜0.08μmの顔料を分散したことを特徴とするカラーフィルター用組成物。
