血液透析、血液濾過透析又は血漿分離に用いるクリンプされた中空糸膜を製造するに当たり、実質的に非乾燥状態で該中空糸膜にクリンプ付与を行ったのち、引続き非乾燥状態で熱セット処理することを特徴とする血液用中空糸膜の製造方法。
