(a)3-1-メントキシプロパン-1,2-ジオール、N-置換-p-メンタン-3-カルボキサミド、非環式カルボキサミド及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される1種以上の揮発性芳香化合物0.001〜1%;(b)製薬上許容される水性溶液キャリア、好ましくはpH3〜7の水性塩水溶液0.01〜99.99%;から本質的になる、経鼻投与用の局所芳香うっ血除去組成物。
