【要約】【目的】離型性、耐酸化性に優れガラス表面に傷を生じ難いガラス成型用金型を得る。【構成】SUS420J2(JIS G4303)基体の表面に塩化ニッケル浴を用いて5μm厚のニッケル層を析出させ、次に硫酸ニッケル、タングステン酸ナトリウム、モリブデン酸ナトリウム、クエン酸ナトリウムを主成分とするメッキ液によりニッケル-タングステン-モリブデン(重量比70:21:9)の20μm厚の最表面被膜を形成した。

ステンレス鋼を基体とし、最表面にニッケル、タングステン、モリブデン及び/又はコバルトを含む被膜を形成してなることを特徴とするガラス成型用金型。
