【要約】【目的】【構成】 X線回折による(222)/(400)面回折強度比5以上、平均粒径が0.1〜100μmの板状酸化インジウム粉末、及びこの粉末を、硫酸イオン/インジウム=1.5-10(モル比)の水溶液から調製した含硫酸水酸化インジウムを仮焼することにより得る。【効果】 この酸化インジウム粉末は、(222)面により配向しているので、この粉末を用いれば、結晶配向を制御した焼結体を製造可能である。
