次の成分(a)〜(e):(a)ジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、アルキル変性オルガノポリシロキサン及びアルコキシ変性オルガノポリシロキサンより選ばれる1種又は2種以上のオルガノポリシロキサン 0.1〜10重量%、(b)成分(a)を溶解する油剤 1〜35重量%、(c)ポリエーテル変性シリコーン 1〜10重量%、(d)アニオン性界面活性剤及び/又はノニオン性界面活性剤 10〜40重量%、(e)水 30〜80重量%を含有する水中油型化粧料。
