マイクロコンタクトプリンティング法により、パターニングされた自己組織化膜を基板上に形成し、この基板上にシリコンナノパーティクルを供給し、上記自己組織化膜がシリコンナノパーティクルを吸着しないことを利用してパターニングすることを特徴とする、シリコンナノパーティクルのパターニング方法。
