蒸気流量検出手段と、蒸気の圧力と温度を検出する蒸気圧力温度検出手段とからなる流量計において、蒸気流量検出手段と蒸気圧力温度検出手段からの信号により通過蒸気熱量を演算すると共に、基準熱量入力手段を設けて、蒸気熱量と基準熱量の比を演算する演算部を設けた蒸気流量計。
