エレベーターのかごをモータにより駆動すると共に、直流を交流に変換するインバータと、 該インバータを構成すると共に、半導体素子と絶縁基板を介して設けられたベースを有する半導体モジュールと、 前記半導体素子の第1温度値を検出する第1温度検出手段と、 前記ベースの第2温度値を検出する第2温度検出手段と、 前記第1温度値と前記第2温度値との温度差に基づいて前記半導体モジュールの劣化を判定する第1判定手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とするエレベーターの制御装置。
