識別対象となる個体の顔特徴量を抽出し、当該顔特徴量に基づいて前記個体を識別する顔認識部と、前記顔認識部での識別結果に基づき、前記識別対象となる個体のアイリスパターンを識別し、その結果を個体識別結果として出力するアイリス認識部とを備えたことを特徴とする個体識別装置。
