マルチモード光ファイバを用いて光信号を伝送する光伝送方法であって、 上記マルチモード光ファイバをセカンドモードで動作させるように規格化周波数を設定することにより、該マルチモード光ファイバにセカンドモード領域で光信号を伝送させることを特徴とする光伝送方法。
