霊芝(R)を、クエン酸、乳酸、或いはリンゴ酸等の有機酸、砂糖類、及びビタミンCを含有した5〜10°Cの低温水溶液(S)で抽出し、低温抽出霊芝エキス(r)を得ることを特徴とする霊芝の低温抽出方法。
