公共下水道又は個別の汚水処理設備に接続した真空式集水タンクを、1ないし複数箇所設置し、集合住宅等における居室の台所、風呂、トイレ等の排水を必要とする設備毎に真空弁を設け、それぞれの設備で発生した汚水等を共通の配管で前記真空式集水タンクまで自動的かつ強制的に吸引することを特徴とする建物内機械排水方法。
