【要約】【目的】黒鉛と金属のろう付け接合方法において、従来の接合方法よりも短時間で確実な接合が行われ、かつ、ろう付け構体の二次電子放射率や耐プラズマ性を損わない接合方法を提供する。【構成】黒鉛部品1の表面に、予め金属炭化物層であるTiC層1aを形成しておき、この表面にMo部品3をTiを含むろう板2を用いてろう材層2aを形成してろう付け接合する。黒鉛表面に対しTiを含むろう材を直接反応させる従来技術に比べ、Mo部品3表面へのTiを含むろう材の反応が著しく促進され、通常の金属どうしのろう付けと同様の圧力,温度,時間でろう付けが可能となる。

活性合金ろう付け法によって接合する黒鉛と金属の接合方法において、前記黒鉛の表面に金属炭化物層を形成する工程と、前記黒鉛と前記金属とを活性合金ろう材でろう付け接合する工程とを含むことを特徴とする黒鉛と金属の接合方法。
