【要約】【目的】 貼付操作時に適度な自己支持性を有し取扱性に優れると共に、皮膚面への貼付後の皮膚刺激性も改善できる貼付剤、および薬物を含有する貼付製剤を提供する。【構成】 厚み0.5〜6μmのポリエステル製フィルムと、坪量5〜20g/m2 のポリエステル製不織布とを積層した支持体の不織布面に、粘着剤層を積層する。引張速度50mm/分での破断時の単位面積当たりの伸びが300〜2000%/mm2 の粘弾性粘着剤層からなる粘着剤層を用いることが効果的である。粘着剤層中に薬物を含有させることによって貼付製剤とする。
