画像形成装置において、画像情報を制御する画像情報制御装置と、画像形成の動作を制御する画像形成制御装置と、用紙搬送制御を専門に行う用紙搬送制御装置を設け、用紙搬送制御装置と、画像情報制御装置の間に共有するランダムアクセスメモリを設け、このメモリ中のジョブ番号を読取り、割込み印刷の有無を判断する手段を備えた画像形成装置。
