【要約】【課題】ゴルフクラブの製造工程における品質管理の一項目として十分に機能するばかりでなく、ゴルフクラブシャフトの硬さ、あるいはゴルフクラブシャフトの呈する打球の高さの高低を表す指標を用いてゴルフクラブを精度良く評価する。【解決手段】ゴルフクラブシャフトの先端部にゴルフクラブヘッドが装着され、ゴルフクラブシャフトの後端部にグリップあるいはグリップ部を備えるゴルフクラブを評価する際、前記先端部および後端部の一方の端部を固定端とし、他方の端部を自由端としてゴルフクラブシャフトを振動させた際の1次共振周波数を少なくとも用いる。求められた先端部を固定端とした1次共振周波数と後端部を固定端とした1次共振周波数の和や比率、あるいは1次共振周波数と2次共振周波数の比率を求める。

ゴルフクラブシャフトの先端部にゴルフクラブヘッドが装着され、ゴルフクラブシャフトの後端部にグリップあるいはグリップ部を備えるゴルフクラブを評価する際、前記先端部および後端部の一方の端部を固定端とし、他方の端部を自由端としてゴルフクラブシャフトを振動させた際の1次共振周波数を少なくとも用いてゴルフクラブを評価することを特徴とするゴルフクラブの評価方法。
