粒状肥料の表面を高分子の酸化分解反応を促進する物質を含有せしめたポリオレフィン系樹脂を主要な構成材料とし、これに昇華性物質の微粒子群を分散させた被膜で被覆されてなる崩壊膜被覆粒状肥料。
