カルシウムスルホアルミネート系膨張材への吸着率が、固形分で0.1重量%(カルシウムスルホアルミネート系膨張材に対する量)添加時に、室温下5分間で90%以上であるポリカルボン酸系重合体(A)および/または該重合体(A)を更にアルカリ性物質で中和して得られた重合体塩(B)を主成分とするスランプ保持性に優れたセメント混和剤。
