少なくとも透明基材フィルムと、透光性樹脂中に少なくとも1種類の透光性微粒子を含む防眩層と、を積層してなり、前記透光性微粒子は、粒径が0.5〜5μm、前記透光性樹脂との屈折率の差が0.02〜0.2であり、且つ、前記透光性樹脂100重量部に対して、3以上、30未満重量部で配合されたことを特徴とする防眩フィルム。
