プロトン伝導体を溶剤に分散させた分散液を用いて、プロトン伝導体層を成膜し、前記プロトン伝導体層中の前記溶剤を揮発させて、プロトン伝導体膜を製造する方法において、前記溶剤の揮発処理以後に、減圧雰囲気中で、前記プロトン伝導体層に減圧処理を施すことを特徴とするプロトン伝導体膜の製造方法。
