【要約】【目的】 光架橋性樹脂に固定化してなる疎水性固定化修飾酵素及び該固定化修飾酵素の存在下、有機溶媒中でエステルを合成する反応方法を提供する。【構成】二分子膜形成能のある中性の界面活性剤、L-グルタミン酸ジオレイルエステルリビトールで修飾された疎水性酵素を光架橋性樹脂、例えばENTP-1000(関西ペイント製)等に固定化する。それを用いることによって有機溶媒中でエステル合成反応を行うことができる。
