【要約】【目的】 廃棄物から容易に調製でき、低粘度であっても安定性の高い液体燃料組成物を得る。【構成】 液体燃料組成物は、廃棄物を含み、液体成分として、水不溶性廃油、水可溶性廃溶媒および水を含有する。前記組成物の液体成分組成は、水不溶性廃油10〜90重量%程度、水可溶性廃溶媒5〜85重量%程度および水5〜85重量%程度である。また、前記組成物の発熱量は2500kcal/kg程度以上、25°Cにおける粘度は2000センチポイズ程度以下、塩素(Cl)含有量は3000ppm程度以下である。前記組成物の液状は、例えば油中水型又は水中油型のエマルジョンである。この液体燃料組成物は広範囲の廃棄物を利用できると共に、セメント焼成の液体補助燃料等として好適に使用できる。
