仕切り壁で囲繞された空間の低部に冷却空気を噴出して囲繞空間に低温空気層を形成するシステムにおいて、床面から所望の高さ位置に温度センサが配置され、該温度センサが検出した温度と該温度センサに対して設定した温度との差に応じて該差が大きい程前記冷却空気の噴出流量が多くなるように制御する制御器が設けられていることを特徴とする低温空気層形成システム。
