【要約】【課題】 副作用を殆ど示さず、優れた抗炎症作用を有する新規な製剤の提供。【解決手段】 硫酸化酸性ムコ多糖類もしくは硫酸化デキストランまたはその生理学的に許容される塩を有効成分と含んでなる抗炎症剤。このような抗炎症剤はコブラ毒のラット静脈内投与による好中球依存性および酸素ラジカル介在性で、かつP-セレクチン依存性の炎症モデル動物をスクリーニングに使用することによって見い出された。
