試料室と試料交換室との間を試料を保持しつつ往き来する試料搬送ホルダで、試料室側では試料移動台上に固定される試料搬送ホルダにおいて、該試料搬送ホルダの一方の面(試料載置面)と他方の面(試料移動台接触面)との双方に静電吸着部材を設けたことを特徴とする試料搬送ホルダ。
