試料を収容したウェルラックを任意の処理温度下で保管することによって、該処理温度で前記試料を保温するインキュベータ手段と、冷却温度に設定された冷却手段と、前記保温時に前記冷却手段において冷却されるダミーラックと、前記ウェルラックと前記ダミーラックとを入れ替える入替手段とを有していることを特徴とするインキュベータ。
