エポキシ樹脂と不飽和一塩基酸とを、エポキシ樹脂中のエポキシ基1個に対して不飽和一塩基酸中のカルボキシル基の数が0.05〜0.6個となる比率で反応させて得たエポキシビニルエステル樹脂(A)と、多塩基酸無水物(B)と、重合開始剤(C)と、潜在性硬化促進剤(D)とを含有してなることを特徴とする熱硬化性樹脂組成物。
