【要約】【目的】 地上、地下工事一貫システムが可能であり、かつ、建築現場における作業性を改善する。【構成】 昇降装置5を取付けた枠組支柱2を、建築物1の桁行方向に適宜の間隔を以て建て込んだ後、同支柱2、2間に適当な外部足場4を設置する。ガーターレール7に直交させて屋根フレーム6、6を架け渡し、屋根フレーム6、6間にガーターレール7と平行にワイヤー10、10を張り、このワイヤー10にシート材8を吊って、屋根部9を形成する。ガーターレール7上における、屋根フレーム6の水平移動およびワイヤー巻取り機11によるシート材8の伸縮動作とにより、下部の作業現場に対して屋根部9を開閉することができる。
