(a)トピラメートの活性剤(active agent)を含んでなるコア粒子を調製し; (b)工程(a)からのコア粒子を乾燥させて乾燥コア粒子を生成せしめ; (c)工程(b)からの乾燥コア粒子を味マスキング混合物(taste masking mixture)で被覆して被覆粒子を生成せしめ;そして (d)工程(c)からの被覆粒子を乾燥させて製薬学的組成物を生成せしめ、ここで、味マスキング混合物の量が製薬学的組成物の約7重量%ないし約15重量%の範囲である、ことを含んでなる製薬学的組成物の生成方法。
